Children’s Creative Pottery Painting Parties

We can host your child’s special birthday with a minimum of 8 party guests (including birthday girl/boy) up to a maximum of 38 (exclusive use of the studio will be available for large parties of 30+).

We have a good selection of themed tables to choose from and what is even better, it is included in any of the party packages you choose.

OUR POTTERY STUDIO CAN OFFER SO MUCH MORE…..

With most of the packages below, you can have a member of the creative team to help assist with the smooth operation and leave the fun, laughter and creativity to reach fruition amongst the party goers. 

The studio has onsite hand washing facilities, aprons, high chairs and all the equipment and paints needed to complete their piece of pottery. 

Once they have finished their masterpieces, leave the mess to us, we will allocate child’s first name to the pottery and we will lovingly glaze and fire the pottery pieces and within 2 weeks, you will be contacted to say they are ready. 

It is optional whether you want to use the party bags on the day of the party and fill with treats or we use them to bag up their pottery piece with a named sticker ready for collection.  

OUR STUDIO IS UNIQUE BECAUSE WE CAN OFFER NOT ONLY POTTERY PAINTING BUT ALSO BATH BOMB PARTY ACTIVITIES.

Bath bomb experiences are organised by the award winning sister business Our Green Apple, that is CPNP registered, recipes are CPSR approved and insured.

4 CHILDREN PARTY PACKAGES TO CHOOSE FROM:

Rainbow Package £100

Includes up to 8 children.  Any more children will be an additional £10 each. 

This option allows you to bring your own food and birthday cake.  

A deposit of £50 is due at the time of booking and the remaining monies are due a week before their special party day or on the day with prior arrangement.

Please provide as much notice on confirmed numbers, party theme ie Dinosaur, Under the Sea, Dragon, Woodland or Jungle.  Please also advise of any allergies that we should be aware of.

So what can you expect when booking a Rainbow Party Package?

Dedicated table area for 2 hours for your party (1hr 15 for pottery painting & 45 minutes for any food and drinks).

Personalised party invitations in chosen theme that can be emailed or we can print for collection at our Studio.  Eco friendly themed paper party bags will also be provided which can be collected prior if you are wanting to add treats in, or we can use them to put their finished pottery piece in when collecting.

Unlimited juice/water for the table (squash – orange, orange & pineapple, apple & blackcurrant)

WHICH ACTIVITY WILL YOU CHOOSE?

Pottery painting experience – Each child can choose pottery to paint up to the value of £10

or

Bath bomb decorating experience – Paint 2 x themed bath bombs and create magic bath dust (There are a variety of bath bomb designs you can choose from for them to decorate on the day)

Joyous Package £140:

Includes up to 8 children.  Any more guests will be an additional £12 each. 

This option allows you to bring your own food and birthday cake.

So what can you expect when booking a Crystal party package?

Dedicated table area for 2 hours for your party with a DEDICATED PARTY HOST from our creative team to help assist with either the pottery painting or bath bomb experience, help serve drinks and clear the table ready for your party food.

Personalised party invitations in chosen theme that can be emailed or we can print for collection at our Studio.  Eco friendly themed paper party bags will also be provided which can be collected prior if you are wanting to add treats in, or we can use them to put their finished pottery piece in when collecting.

Each child can choose a drink from our extensive menu including milkshakes, along with a snack (Muffin, Pringles or Gluten free Macaroon). 

You have a choice to either have:

Pottery painting experience – Each child can choose pottery to paint up to the value of £10 with the birthday girl/boy choosing a piece of pottery up to the value of £15 AND each child will pick out a wrapped present containing a tumble stone crystal for them to take home.

or

Bath bomb decorating experience – Paint 2 x themed bath bombs and create magic bath dust (Please discuss the theme of the bath bombs at time of booking). Birthday girl/boy can also choose a bath bomb from the Our Green Apple collection AND each child will pick out a wrapped present containing a tumble stone crystal for them to take home.

Struck Gold Package £200:

Includes up to 8 children.  Any more guests will be an additional £20 each.  

A deposit of £50 is due at the time of booking and the remaining monies are due a week before their special party day or on the day with prior arrangement.

So what can you expect when booking a Struck Gold party package?

Dedicated table area for 2 hours for your party with a DEDICATED PARTY HOST from our creative team to help assist with either the pottery painting or bath bomb experience, help serve drinks and clear the table ready for your party food.

Personalised party invitations in chosen theme that can be emailed or we can print for collection at our Studio.  Eco friendly themed paper party bags will also be provided which can be collected prior if you are wanting to add treats in, or we can use them to put their finished pottery piece in when collecting.

PARTY FOOD PROVIDED – Cold party food or hot dogs

Yummy party food will include:

• Freshly made sandwiches (eg chicken, ham, cheese & jam)
• Homemade sausage rolls,
• Fresh cucumber / carrot veggie sticks & tomatoes,
• Selection of scrumptious treats (crisps and traybake cake)

Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten Free options are available, please enquire)

Or a Large hotdog for each child and can choose either a muffin, pringles or a GF macaroon.

You are welcome to bring a birthday cake.

SENTIMENTAL MEMORY GIFT INCLUDED:

Special heart/star plaque that all children can press their fingerprint on or contribute their creative flair that will be an everlasting memory of the party for the birthday girl/boy.

You have a choice to either have:

Pottery painting experience – Each Party goer can choose pottery to paint up to the value of £10 and the birthday girl/boy can choose pottery up to the value of £20 or

Bath bomb Making decorating experience – Paint 2 x themed bath bombs and create magic bath dust (Please discuss the theme of the bath bombs at time of booking) AND the birthday girl/boy will receive in addition to the experience, a bath bomb deluxe giftset (valued £20).

Extra Magic to your package?  

If you would like to ADD THE FOOD OPTION of either the cold buffet or hot dog to the Rainbow, Joyous or Crystal package, this can be organised for an additional £7.50 per child booked  (Prebook only and deposit required)

Mini pottery painting – Paint a mini star, heart hanger, spider, butterfly etc from the window baskets at the studio.  This can be added on the day of your party at a discounted price of £5 each (regular price £6)

Face Painting/Glitter Tattoo – Why not add a little sparkle and book our inhouse face painter to paint a rainbow, spider theme or a glitter tattoo for example on their cheeks. £3 each (Pre-book only)

Surprise tumblestone crystal – Would you like to add a special treat into your party bags? Why not add a specially wrapped tumblestone crystal at £3.00 each (monetary value of the crystal ranges £2.50-£4.50  (Please note, this is a pick and mix option and we are unable to accept refund on unwrapped/unwanted purchase)

NOTE:

If a child decides they want a bisque at a higher price, the difference can be purchased on the day. (Please see party host).

Children birthday parties can be booked daily.  Saturday, half term and evenings are subject to availability.

Terms & Conditions

A non refundable deposit is payable at time of booking of £50, final party numbers must be given at least 7 days before the party date along with the remaining balance paid (unless agreed to pay on the day). 

Should participants be unable to attend the party on the day, if you are able to, an alternative child can take their place, but we are unfortunately unable to refund should a child(ren) not turn up.

The safety of all party children are the sole responsibility of the Party booker, who must be 18 years or above.  At least 2 adults should be present at all times during the party.

For health & safety reasons, children must be supervised in the carpark (which is free, unlimited times), toilets and communal areas of Hornsea Freeport.

We shall not be responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of final confirmation of numbers.  We currently outsource our food packages, using 5 star rated, local catering businesses, therefore it is vital to have your food order in with as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 7 days notice.
